1例一年内双眼先后发生视网膜中央动脉阻塞患者的护理体会

目的 总结1例一年内双眼先后发生视网膜中央动脉阻塞患者的护理体会。方法 争分夺秒配合医生进行救治，给予挽救视功能的急救护理；强化全身及专科健康教育，预防视网膜动脉阻塞再次发作；密切关注患者病情变化及主诉，监测血压及视力；遵医嘱及时给予安全的氧疗护理；保障患者安全，预防意外事件的发生；加强药物治疗的护理以及并发症的观察及干预。结果 患者经过7天治疗及护理后病情好转，患眼视力较入院时得到明显改善，予以出院。结论 积极、规范的救治与专业、系统的护理可以为视网膜中央动脉阻塞患者争取良好预后。

Nursing experience on a patient with binocular central retinal artery occlusion in one year

Objective To summarize the nursing experience on one patient with binocular central retinal artery occlusion in one year. Methods We cooperated with doctors to rescue the visual function of first aid nursing. Health education to prevent retinal artery occlusion from occurring again was performed. The state of the illness of the patient and chief complaints were paid attention with blood pressure and visual acuity being monitored. In accordance with the doctors'' advice, oxygen treatment was given timely. The safety of patients was strengthened including the prevention of accidents and the complications of drug therapy. Results After 7 days of treatment and nursing, the patients'' condition was improved. And the visual acuity of the patient was significantly improved compared with that on admission. Conclusions Standardized treatment and systematic nursing are the keys to achieve ideal prognosis for patients with central retinal artery occlusion.
