新型冠状病毒肺炎常态化防控下扬州市高校学生知信行调查

目的 了解扬州市高校学生新型冠状病毒肺炎防控知识、行为及心理状况，为学校做好疫情防控管理及健康教育提供依据。方法 于2021年6月6日至6月11日通过整群抽样方法采用自行设计的新冠肺炎防控问卷对扬州市1 297名大学生进行调查。结果 大学生新冠肺炎防控知识总知晓率为84.98%。91.67%的大学生乘坐公共交通每次都佩戴口罩，但走在校园或上课时每次都戴口罩者仅占47.50%；超过95.00%的大学生如厕后、扔垃圾后进行手卫生，57.29%触摸头发/耳/鼻后洗手；女生的健康行为优于男生；医学专业和实习生健康行为的执行力更高；65.54%的大学生担心疫情进展。结论 高校学生新冠肺炎防控知识得分普遍较高，尚需加强口罩佩戴、手卫生健康宣教以及心理健康疏导。

A cross-sectional study on knowledge attitude and behavior towards COVID-19 prevention among college students in the phase of prevention and control in Yangzhou

Objective To assess the level of health behaviors related to the prevention and control of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) among college students in Yangzhou during the epidemic, and to provide a basis for disease prevention and control at colleges. Methods From June 6 to June 11, 2021 an investigation using self-designed questionnaires about COVID-19 was conducted among 1 297 college students in Yangzhou by cluster sampling.Results The overall awareness rate of COVID-19 knowledge was 84.98%, during the epidemic, 91.67% college students wearing masks when taking public transportation each time, while only 47.50% wearing masks when walking in the schools or having classes each time. over 95.00% students washing hands after using the toilet or throwing garbage, while 57.29% students washing hands after touching hair, ears or noses. Female have much healthier behaviors than male, medical students and interns were more likely to have higher level of overall health behaviors in the prevention and control of COVID-19, 65.54% students worried about the tendency of COVID-19. Conclusions College students generally have high scores in the knowledge test of COVID-19. Psychological support, health education about wearing mask and hand hygiene should be further implemented.
