摘    要:为提高麻醉科教学查房教学效果,本科室以麻醉相关知识为中心,以患者病理生理和麻醉生理改变为基础,以手术方式和麻醉方案的影响等核心问题层层设问并让学生作答,最终案例结束后进行闭环总结。此过程即为以问题为基础的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)的教学查房。该教学查房模式有助于提高麻醉住院医师解决问题、自主学习、终生学习的能力,进而提升麻醉住院医师规范化培训的教学质量。

Abstract:Teaching rounds are an important part of hospitals at all levels to carry out clinical teaching work and improve medical quality. Taken anesthesia-related knowledge as the center, based on the patient''s pathophysiology and anesthesia physiological changes, our department asked the core questions such as the impact of the operation method and anesthesia plan, then students answered, and finally closed the loop after the case. This process is called problem-based learning (PBL) teaching rounds. It is found that the teaching rounds can help improve the ability of anesthesiologists to solve problems, learn independently, and learn throughout their lives, thereby improving the teaching quality of standardized residency training of anesthesiology.
