非那雄胺对小鼠前列腺组织血管内皮细胞生长因子表达的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨非那雄胺对小鼠前列腺内血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响。方法 采用流式细胞技术对服用不同剂量非那雄胺的小鼠前列腺增生组织标本作VEGF表达的测定。结果 非那雄胺明显抑制VEGF的表达,中剂量组和高剂量组与模型组之间比较有显著性差别(P<0.05和P<0.001)。结论 非那雄胺能显著抑制增生前列腺内VEGF的表达。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of finasteride on VEGF expression in the mice prostate. Method 50 mice prostatic specimens of normal and BPH were evaluated for VEGF expression by flowcytomctry(FCM). Results Expression of VEGF was inhibited by finasteride. The difference between model group{ group B)and medium dose group(group D) .maximum dose group(group E)was significant (P<0.05 and P< 0. 001 ,respectively). Conclusion Finasteride is effective in inhibiting the expression of VEGF in the hyperplastic prostate Tissue of mouae.
