糖尿病视网膜病变患者自我健康管理现状的影响因素研究

目的了解糖尿病视网膜病变患者自我健康管理水平及影响因素，为采取措施提供依据。方法采用成年人健康自我管理能力测评量表对眼科住院治疗的300例糖尿病视网膜病变患者进行评测及影响因素调查。结果300例糖尿病视网膜病变患者中，自我健康管理认知水平评分〉自我健康管理环境水平评分〉自我健康管理行为水平评分；自我健康管理能力总分为（138.37±26.83）分，呈中等水平；多因素分析显示糖化血红蛋白、家庭功能是糖尿病视网膜病变患者自我健康管理能力的主要影响因素，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论应重视糖尿病视网膜病变患者的糖化血红蛋白及家庭功能的改善，提高自我健康管理水平。

THE INFLUENCE FACTORS OF SELF HEALTH MANAGEMENT STATUS AMONG DIABETIC RETINOP- ATHY PATIENTS

Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of self management of patients with diabetic retinopathy, and provide the basis for taking measures. Methods The adult health self- management scale was applied to take an evaluation and analyze influence factors of 300 cases of patients with diabetic retinopathy treated in department of ophthalmology. Results In 300 cases of diabetic retinopathy patients, health self- management level of cognitive score was higher than health self- management level score and health self- management behavior seore; self - management ability score was （138.37 ± 26.83）, reached a medium level. Multi factor analysis showed that the glycosylated hemoglobin, family function were the main factors affecting the self- management ability of patients with diabetic retinopathy, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion In order to improve the management level, we should pay more attention to the patients with diabetic retinopathy of glycosylated hemoglobin and family function improvement.
