摘    要:目的应用定量动脉硬度及速度矢量成像技术评价维持性血液透析(MHD)患者颈动脉弹性与应变的相关性。方法 62例MHD患者,应用定量动脉硬度及速度矢量成像检查颈动脉,获得颈动脉的最大圆周应变(Cs)及最大圆周应变率(Csr)、顺应系数(CC)、弹性系数(β),对其进行相关性分析和回归分析。结果 MHD患者颈动脉顺应系数与Cs、Csr均呈正相关,与弹性系数均呈负相关。Cs、Csr与顺应系数、弹性系数的回归系数均有统计学意义。结论 MHD患者颈动脉的弹性参数与应变参数存在明显相关性,利用弹性与应变的相关性将二者进行结合,可成为检测MHD患者大动脉损害的新方法。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the correlation between carotid elasticity and carotid strain in maintenance hemodialysis patients using QAS technique and X-Strain technique. Methods Sixty-two maintenance hemodialysis patients were seleceted , and their carotid arteries were examined using QAS technique and X-Strain technique . Circumferential strain(Cs),circumferential strain rate(Csr),comply coefficient(CC) and elastic coefficient(β) of carotid arteries were acquired, and correlation analysis and regression analysis were proceeded. Results CC of carotid had positive correlation with Cs and Csr, and negative correlation with elastic coefficient. Cs and Csr has statistical significance with the regression coefficient of CC and elastic coefficient. Conclusion There is an obvious correlation between carotid elasticity parameters and carotid strain parameters. The combination of carotid elasticity and carotid strain because of the relationship can become a new method to detect artery damage in maintenance hemodialysis patients.
