乳腺癌扩增基因-1在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的: 探讨乳腺癌扩增基因-1(AIB1)在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义.方法: 采用免疫组织化学法,检测88例胃癌组织和85例癌旁组织中AIB1的表达情况,并分析其与各临床病理特征之间的关系.结果: 88例胃癌组织中AIB1的阳性表达率为75.0%,85例癌旁组织中AIB1的阳性表达率为7.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).AIB1的阳性表达在淋巴结转移和临床分期方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、分化程度和浸润深度间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论: AIB1蛋白在胃癌组织中呈异常高表达,可能与胃癌的发生、发展以及浸润转移有关.

Expression of amplified in breast cancer 1 gene in gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance

Objective： To investigate the expression of amplified in breast cancer 1（ AIB1） in gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods： The expressions of AIB1 in gastric carcinoma tissue（ n = 88） and Para-cancerous tissue（ n = 85） were detected by immunohistochemical method. The relationship between AIB1 expression and clinicopathologic features was analyzed. Results： The positive rates of AIB1 expression in 88 gastric carcinoma samples and 85 Para-cancerous samples were 75. 0% and 7. 1%,respectively,the difference of which was statistically significant（ P〈0.01）. The differences of positive AIB1 expression in lymph node metastasis and clinical stages were statistically significant（ P〈0.01）,but the differences of AIB1 expression in sex,age,size of tumor,degree of differentiation and depth of tumor infiltration were not statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The high expression of AIB1 protein in gastric carcinoma tissue may be associated with the occurrence,development and metastasis of gastric cancer.
