强直性脊柱炎合并甲状旁腺功能亢进症1例并文献复习

目的: 探讨强直性脊柱炎(AS)合并甲状旁腺功能亢进症的临床特点及其诊断与治疗方法.方法: 分析1例AS合并甲状旁腺功能亢进症的临床特点,并复习相关文献.结果: AS患者合并有严重的骨质疏松,病程较短,并出现肾脏结石、高钙血症,经过相关检查,证实合并有甲状旁腺功能亢进症.结论: AS同时合并甲状旁腺功能亢进症,两者临床有相似或重叠的表现,但它们发病机制和治疗不同,需详加鉴别.

Ankylosing spondylitis complicated with hyperparathyroidism:a case report and the literature review

Objective： To investigate the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of ankylosing spondylitis complicated with primary hyperparathyroidism. Methods： The clinical characteristics of a patient with ankylosing spondylitis complicated with primary hyperparathyroidism were analyzed,and the relevant literatures were reviewed. Results： The severe osteoporosis,short course of disease,and kidney stone,hypercalcemia and hyperparathyroidism were the mainly clinical characteristics of patient with ankylosing spondylitis.Conclusions： Ankylosing spondylitis and hyperparathyroidism have similar or overlapping clinical characteristics,but their pathogenesis and treatment are different,which need to be differentiated.
