神经内科医院感染危险因素分析

目的 分析神经内科医院感染的危险因素.方法 回顾性分析神经内科住院患者的病历资料.结果 医院感染发生率为9.63％.医院感染包括呼吸道,泌尿道、胃肠道、皮肤软组织和五官等部位,其中以呼吸道感染最为常见.基础疾病、意识状态、住院时间、预防使用抗菌药物、侵入性操作为神经内科医院感染的危险因素.结论 神经内科患者是医院感染的高危人群,降低住院患者医院感染发生率需要针对主要危险因素,采取积极有效的预防措施.

Analyses of the risk factors of nosocomial infection in department of neurology

Objective To analyze the risk factors of nosocomial infection in department of neurology.Methods The data of the patients in department of neurology were respectively analyzed.Results The rate of nosocomial infection in department of neurology was 9.63 ％.The infection positions included respiratory tract,urinary tract,gastrointestinal tract,skin,soft tissues and five sensory organs.The respiratory tract was the most frequents.The risk factors were basic diseases,length of stay,use of antibiotics and invasive operations.Conclusion The patients in department of neurology were high risk group of nosocomial infection.The risk factors of infection were complex.Reduction the rate of nosocomial infection in department of neurology needs protective measures for the risk factors.
