| 摘 要： | 目的:评价体外震波碎石术(ESWL)在治疗绞痛性输尿管结石的临床效果。方法:对90例绞痛性输尿管结石急诊ESWL治疗回顾性临床分析。结果:经一次ESWL治疗成功82例(占91.1%),经一次ESWL治疗肾绞痛明显缓解80例(占88.8%)。无特殊并发症。结论:运用ESWL急诊治疗输尿管结石性肾绞痛疗效肯定,方法快捷,可做为首选。

| Abstract: | Objective:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical effect of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL) in treating anginal ureterolith.Methods:The clinical data in 90 patients with anginal ureterolith undergoing the emergency treatment of ESwL anginal ureterolith undergoing the emergency treatment of ESWL were analysed retrospectively.Results:All 90 patients with anqinal ureterolith received the emergency treatment of ESWL just one time,82 cases(accounting for 91.15) were successfully cured and renal angina in 80 cases(accounting for 88.8%) relieved apparently without specific complications.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of ESWL in the emergency treatment of anginal ureterolith is definite and not only that but also easy and quick in application.It is the first choice to use.The concrete application of this method is described in the following. |
