哌拉西林/他唑巴坦治疗老年慢性脓胸的临床疗效观察

目的研究哌拉西林/他唑巴坦治疗老年慢性脓胸的临床疗效及致病菌清除率. 方法同济医学院附属协和医院胸外科2001年3月～2003年7月30例老年慢性脓胸患者,分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组使用哌拉西林/他唑巴坦4.5 g,3～4次/d,静脉注射;对照组使用头孢他啶2.0 g,3～4次/d,静脉注射,主要观察治疗前后两组患者的临床疗效和细菌清除情况. 结果用哌拉西林/他唑巴坦治疗组临床总有效率、细菌清除率分别为87.50%和80.43%,明显优于对照组. 结论哌拉西林/他唑巴坦可以有效地治疗老年慢性脓胸.

Clinical Effect of Piperacillin/tazobactam in the Treatment of the Senile Chronic Empyema

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effect of piperacillin/tazobactam in the treatment of the senile chronic empyema. METHODS Thirty senile chronic empyema patients in the Department of Thoracic Surgery,Xiehe Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology,from Mar 2001 to Jul 2003,were divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group: piperacillin/tazobactam 4.5 g, intravenous injection,tidor qid. Control group: ceftazidime 2.0 g,intravenous injection,tid or qid. The clinical effect and clearance of pathogenic bacteria of the two groups after the treatment were observed. RESULTS The effective rate and clearance of pathogenic bacteria of the treatment group (using piperacillin/tazobactam) were 87.50% and 80.43%,respectively,which were obviously higher than the control group. CONCLUSIONS Piperacillin/tazobactam could treat the senile chronic empyema effectively.
