腹膜透析患者血清对SD乳鼠心肌细胞的影响

目的:观察透析患者血清刺激SD乳鼠心肌细胞后心肌细胞的变化.方法:根据PET结果选取高转运、低转运患者和正常人的血清加入SD乳鼠心肌细胞内,分别于刺激后8 h、24 h、48 h观察心肌细胞有无发生肥大反应,于24 h、48 h、72 h观察心肌细胞有无凋亡.结果:高、低转运患者的血清刺激心肌细胞后,心肌细胞均可发生明显肥大和凋亡,以高转运患者的血清最为明显,而正常人的血清刺激心肌细胞后变化不明显.结论:高、低转运患者的血清中都可能含有致SD乳鼠心肌细胞肥大和凋亡的物质,可能是透析患者高心血管并发症、临床预后差的重要因素.

Influence of Serum of Peritoneal Dialysis Patients on Cardiomyocytes

Objective:To observe the changes of cardiomyocytes stimulated by the serum of peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods:According to the PET results,the serum of high and low transport patients as well as the normal serum were used to stimulate the cardiomyocytes of neonetal SD rats. The hypertrophy and apoptosis of cardiomyocytes were studied after 8 h,24 h,48 h and 72 h stimulation.Results:Compared to the normal serum, the hypertrophy and apoptosis of cardiomyocytes was significantly higher after stimulation by serum of high and low transportators, especially the high transportator.Conclusion:There are factors in the serum of high and low transportor which can induce the hypertrophy and apoptosis of cardiomyocytes. This phenomenon may to some extent explain the high mortality of cardiovascular diseases and adverse clinical outcome in dialysis patients.
