| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小儿泌尿系结石的超声诊断和临床意义。方法．对47例小儿泌尿系结石的超声影像特征及临床治疗进行分析总结。结果肾结石病13例；输尿管结石26例；肾及输尿管结石3例；膀胱结石5例。本组病例临床采取四种方法治疗。结论小儿泌尿系结石的超声诊断具有重要价值，为临床拟定治疗方案提供可靠依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the application of ultrasound diagnosis in children urinary lithiasis.Methods 2-D ultrasonography in 47 children with urinary calculi and color-Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) in some patients with severe hydronephrosis were analysed.Results Thirteen cases with renal lithiasis;26 cases with ureteral lithiasis;3 cases with renal and ureteral lithiasis and 5 cases with bladderlithiasis were involved in the study.In these cases,5 cases were treated surgically;29 cases conservatively;9 cases with extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy(ESWL) and 4 cases were treated with pneumatic lithotripsy(PL).Conclusions Ultrasound diagnosis in children urinary lithiasis has important reference value and can provide reliable grounds for clinical treatments. |
