| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药灌肠配合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床疗效。方法:将43例患者随机分为两组,对照组(20例)采用西医常规治疗,治疗组(23例)在此基础上加用中药保留灌肠,30天为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效。结果:治疗组在降低BUN、Scr和症状积分方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:加用中药灌肠治法可有效延缓肾功能衰竭病程的进展。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the curative effect of enema with herbs on chronic kidney failure.Methods:43cases were divided into two groups.The control group with20cases and the treatment group with23cases were given the routine Western medicinal treatment while the treatment group was given the additional enema with herbs.The curative effects were calculated after two treatment courses with30days for one course.Results:The treatment group should more positively result than the control group in lowering BUN and Scr as well as the mark of symptom(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusions:The process of kidney failure can be postponed effectively by the additional enema with herbs. |
