1998—2006年我院烧伤整形病房细菌学调查

目的对我院烧伤整形病房感染的病原菌进行分析，以指导临床合理使用抗生素。方法回顾分析我院1998—2006年间烧伤整形病房住院患者感染的病原菌分布情况，细菌的鉴定和药敏采用ATB微生物鉴定及药敏分析系统（生物梅里埃中国有限公司）。结果8年来我院烧伤整形病房共检出病原菌459株，其中G^＋菌、G^-菌分别占32．2％、64．1％。分离数前3位的分别是金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单抱菌和大肠埃希氏菌，分别占15．0％、15．0％、12．8％。结论金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单抱菌仍是烧伤感染的主要菌株。随时监测烧伤感染的菌株变化，对合理使用抗生素，降低感染率有重要意义。

Analysis of Pathogens Isolated from Burn Patients from 1998 to 2006

Objective To investigate the distribution of pathogens in burn patients in order to guide the reasonable choice of antibiotics in clinical practice. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out from 1998 to 2006. Identification and drug susceptibility of pathogens were assayed by ATB Expression. Results 459 strains of bacteria were isolated. Among these, the percentages of G^＋ cocci and G - bacilli were 32.2% and 64.1%. The common three pathogens were Staphylococcus aureus Pseudomonas aernginosa,and Enterobacter coli, account for 15 %, 15 %, 12.8%, respectively. Conclusions Bacteria isolated from in burn patients were mainly S. aureus and P. aernginosa. Monitoring of bacteria isolated from burn patients is of great importance to using antibiotics and decreasing the rate of infection.
