| 摘 要： | 目的探讨术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床特点,诊断和治疗。方法回顾分析40例术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床资料。结果40例患者均经胃肠减压、营养支持、应用生长抑素和激素等非手术治疗治愈,平均治疗时间13.5d。结论术后早期炎性肠梗阻有典型肠梗阻症状、体征,采用非手术治疗效果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of early postoperative inflammatory ileus (EPII). Method The clinical data of 40 cases of EPII were analyzed retrospectively. Results Forty patients recovered after non-operative treatment,including gastrointestinal decompression,nutritional support,somatostatin,TPN and other medications.
