生化检验中标本溶血对结果的影响及对策

目的：探讨标本溶血对生化检验结果的影响。方法：抽取我院50例体检者血液标本5mL，分别置于2支试管中，每支2．5mL，其中1支试管中的标本采用人工方法使其溶血，检测正常标本和溶血标本血清中谷丙转氨酶（ALT）、谷草转氨酶（AST）、乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）、碱性磷酸酶（ALP）、总胆固醇（CHOL）、甘油三酯（TG）、尿素氮（BUN）、肌酐（Cr）、葡萄糖（GLU）、血尿酸（UA）、钾离子（K＋）等11项临床生化检验指标的含量并进行比较。结果：溶血血清ALT、AST、LDH、K＋、CHOL测定结果明显高于正常血清（P〈0．05），ALP的活性随溶血而降低，溶血对BUN、Cr、TG、GLU、UA测定结果影响较小。结论：临床检验工作中应采取一切可能的措施避免标本溶血的发生，如发生了标本溶血现象，可设置样品空白以减少影响，必要时应重新采血。

Influence of sample hemolysis on the outcome in biochemical test and countermeasure

Objective:To investigate the influence of sample hemolysis on the outcome in biochemical test and countermeasure. Methods:Blood samples of 50 subjects undergoing examination of health screening were taken,5 mL each one,and each sample was placed in two test tubes respectively,2.5 mL each tube; artificial methods were used to make one of the paired samples hemolysis,and all samples were tested for ALT,AST,LDH,ALP,CHOL,TG,BUN,Cr,GLU,UA,K+,the contents of them were compared. Results:The contents of serum ALT,AST,LDH,K+,CHOL in hemolytic samples were significantly higher than that in normal samples (P<0.05),activity of ALP decreased with hemolysis,determination of BUN,Cr,TG,GLU,UA changed little between hemolytic and normal samples. Conclusion:All possible measures should be taken to prevent samples hemolysis,if sample hemolysis occurs,blank sample should be set as control to reduce the errors,re-sampling may be done in necessary.
