微创经皮撬拨复位内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折83例

目的：观察微创经皮撬拨复位内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法：采用微创经皮撬拨复位内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折83例,术后平均随访10个月（5～14个月）,分析其治疗效果。结果：所有病例经过微创撬拨复位内固定方法治疗后,骨折愈合早,肩关节功能恢复快,总优良率达87.9%。结论：微创经皮撬拨复位内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折,具有创伤小,操作简单,骨折愈合快,是一种良好的治疗方法。

83 Cases of Humeral Proximal Fracture Treated with Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Poking Reduction and Internal Fixation

Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on humeral proximal fracture treated with minimally invasive percutaneons poking reduction and internal fixation. Methods：Minimally invasive pereutaneous poking reduction and internal fixation were adopted to treat 83 cases of humeral proximal fracture.After operation, the cases were follow-up visited averagely for 10 months （5-14 months）and the outcomes of treatment were analyzed. Results：After treated with minimally invasive percutaneous poking reduction and internal fixation, fracture was healed early in all of cases, the function of shoulder joint was recovered quickly,and the total good rate was 87.9%. Conclusion：Minimally invasive percutaneous poking reduction and internal fixation is the kind of good therapy due to its small in trauma, simple in operation and quick in promoting fracture healing in treatment of humeral proximal fracture.
