冠心病患者康复教育模式的探讨

摘    要:目的探讨冠心病患者康复教育的最佳模式,帮助患者建立良好的健康行为,提高冠心病患者的生活质量。方法对2000年10月~2003年3月在我院心内科住院的117例冠心病患者,采取医护患参与的康复教育模式实施健康教育,并于患者入院时、出院后1个月、出院后3个月进行患者机体、生活质量及健康行为的评估。结果康复教育后患者机体、生活质量及健康行为明显提高,与康复教育前比较,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论建立康复教育模式可提高冠心病患者自我保健意识,改变不良的生活方式,建立良好健康行为,控制冠心病的发生发展,从而提高冠心病患者的生活质量。

Abstract:To explore the best general rehabilitative education mode for patients with coronary heart disease, help them to construct good health behaviors and increase their quality of life. Methods Rehabilitative education mode which nurses and patients all took part in were put into practice among 177 coronary heart disease patients hospitalized in department of cardiology in our hospital, and their quality of life and health behaviors were assessed 1 month and 3 months after they discharged. Results The quality of life and health behaviors were better after rehabilitative education than before (P < 0.05). Conclusion General rehabilitative education mode can increase the awareness of self-healthcare, alter bad life modes, construct good health behaviors, control development of coronary heart disease, and improve their quality of life.
