| 摘 要： | 报告在鼻内窥镜下行中鼻道筛漏斗开放术，治疗前组鼻窦炎，窦息肉５１例，经６个月～１年的随访观察，治愈３２例（６２．７％），显效１２例（２３．５％），有效３例（５．８％），总有效率为９２．２％表明该手术式是治疗前组鼻窦炎为理想的方法。

| Abstract: | 31 cases of anterior sinusitis and nasal polyps were treated with ethmoidal in-fundibulotomy under nasal cndoscope. All the patients were followed up for a period of 6 to 12 months. 32 cases(67. 7%) were cured,12 cases(23.5%) were relieved apparently.3 cases(5. 8% ) were improved. The total effective rate was 92%. Thc result shows that infurdibvlctomy is a good way to treat the patient of anterior sinusitis. |
