健脑灵片质量标准研究

摘    要:目的建立健脑灵片的质量标准。方法用薄层色谱(TLC)法鉴别处方中的白芍、酸枣仁、当归、川芎;用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定白芍中芍药苷含量,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(15:85),检测波长为230nm。结果TLC鉴别色谱特征斑点明显;HPLC法能准确测定芍药苷含量,芍药苷进样量在0.2116~3.3856μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为98.56%,RSD为1.80%(n=6)。结论所建立的TLC法和HPLC法专属性强,重复性好,可用于健脑灵片的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish the quality standard of Jiannaolin Tablets. Methods Radix paeoniae alba, Semen ziziphi spinosae, Radix angelicae sinensis and Rhizoma chuanxiong were identified by TLC. The content of paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC. The HPLC conditions of paeoniflorin were as follows: the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid (15:85), the UV detection wavelength was at 230 nm. Results The developed TLC spots were quite clear. The calibration curve of paeoniflorin was linear with 0. 211 6 - 3. 385 6 μg. The average recovery rate was 98.56% with RSD of 1.80% (n =6). Conclusion The established TLC and HPLC methods are exclusive, reproducible and suitable for the quality control of Jiannaolin Tablets.
