摘    要:目的分析Urisys2400尿液干化学分析仪检测结果的影响因素。方法对800份尿标本采用仪器干化学分析法和光学显微镜检查法检测白细胞、红细胞2项指标,并进行对比分析,讨论造成尿分析仪测定各项指标的假阳性、假阴性结果的原因。结果干化学分析法红细胞假阳性率为13.0%,假阴性率为1.1%;白细胞假阳性率为9.9%,假阴性率为0.8%。结论在尿液的常规检验中,需要干化学法和光学显微镜镜检相结合,防止产生漏诊和误诊,要重视尿的实验室的质控工作,定期作好仪器的维修保养工作,保证检验结果的准确性。

Abstract:Objective]To analyze the influencing factors of the application of URISYS 2400 Urine Analyzer.Methods]A total of 800 urine specimens were tested 2 items leukocytes and erythrocytes by dry-chemistry method and optical microscope; the results were comparatively analyzed; the false positive and false negative results caused by urine analyzer was discussed. Results]False positive rate and false negative rate of erythrocytes and leukocytes were 13.0%,1.1% and 9.9%, 0.8% respectively.Conclusion]In the routine urine test, the dry-chemistry method and optical microscope should be combined to prevent the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. The quality control of laboratory testing of urine should be attached importance. Regular maintenance and repair of equipment should be implemented to ensure the accuracy of test results
