肺中叶病变诊断及外科治疗34例分析

目的探讨肺中叶病变的诊断及外科治疗的疗效。方法对1991年至2000年的34例肺中叶病变患者做出诊断及外科治疗,并做出分析。结果 34例中诊断为恶性病变22例,良性病变12例;胸部X线检查表现肺中叶不同程度肺不张12例,肺门影增浓或团块影7例,纤维支气管镜检查11例,假阴性1例;术后并发症5例,无手术死亡。结论肺中叶病变诊断应根据病史,结合有关辅助检查综合分析,采用外科治疗安全、可靠,是疗效明显的方法。

ANALYSIS OF DIAGNOSIS AND SURGICAL TREATMENT OF 34 CASES OF PATHOLOGIC CHANGES IN LUNG MIDDLE LOBE

Objective To probe into the diagnosis and effect of surgery treatment of pathologic changes in lung middle lobe. Methods: 34 patients with pathologic changes of lung middle lobe were diagnosed and surgery treated during 1991~2000, and made an analysis. Results: In the patients 22 cases were diagnosed as malignant pathologic changes, 12 cases as benign pathologic changes, 12 cases with atelectasis in different degree, 7 cases with image increased thickness or conglomeration image on hilus of lung, fiber bronchoscopy 11 cases, among them 1 case was false negative, postoperative complication 5 cases, no patient was dead in operation. Conclusion: The diagnosis in pathologic changes of lung middle lobe should be based on patient's history, integrated with assist examination, and surgery treatment is safe and reliable.
