农村生殖道感染妇女的就医行为及影响因素

为了研究影响患生殖道感染的妇女就医行为的社会文化因素 ,采用 Andersen的社会行为模式 ,于 1998～ 1999年对河北省迁安县患生殖道感染的已婚妇女共 378例进行了横断面调查 ,并对 8例妇女进行了深入访谈 ,采用归类 -分析总结 -分析 -总结的方法进行分析。结果显示 :妇女的就医行为各不相同。有去正规医院诊所就医的、有采用自我治疗方法的 ,多数妇女未采用任何治疗措施。影响妇女就医行为的因素有妇女患生殖道感染的严重程度 ,妇女对生殖道感染严重性的认识、有关自我治疗生殖道感染的知识、妇女因患生殖道感染而感到的社会耻辱感、对生殖道感染病因的认识 ,家庭经济收入和药物价格、工作和家庭负担。很有必要给育龄妇女以及男性提供有关生殖道感染方面的知识 ,减少社会对生殖道感染的不良看法 ,给妇女更多的社会支持 ,提高妇女的地位 ,提高保健服务的质量

Health service utilization of women with reproductive tract infections in rural China

Objective: To provide insight into psychosocial factors underlying health seeking behaviour of women who perceived RTI symptoms and to describe health-seeking behaviour of women with RTIs. Methods: 378 questionnaires survey and 8 in depth interviews, adopted Aday and Andersen's Social Behaviour Model, was conducted in 1998～1999 in China. Hebei province of China was purposively chosen as the research site. Result: The women with RTIs experienced a wide range of health seeking behavior, but the patterns were not complicated. Most of them did not seek treatment. Some women sought government medical services; some used village clinics or private clinics; and some used self-medication methods. The knowledge about RTI symptom and self medication, perceived social stigma of getting RTIs, family income and drug price, perceived severity of RTIs, women's beliefs about RTI etiology, and workload are determinants of RTI women's health seeking behavior. Conclusion: These findings show that there is a need for great emphasis on offering social and moral support, empowering of women, and improving the quality of health services.
