| 摘 要： | 药房是医院药剂科的重要组成部分,负有监督、指导医生安全、有效、合理地使用药品的责任,是为病人提供药学服务的重要环节。加强药房药品管理和调剂服务可以减少药品传递过程中的差错,减少药品的流失,并有利于推动临床药学的发展,为患者提供安全有效的用药服务。

| Abstract: | Pharmacy is an important part of the pharmacy department;has the responsibility of supervising,guiding the doctors to use medicines safely,effectively and rationally;is the important link of providing pharmaceutical care for patients.Enhancing the drug administration and dispensing services in outpatient pharmacy can reduce the errors in drug delivery process,reduce the loss of drugs,and help promote the development of clinical pharmacy and provide safe and effective medication services for patients. |
