孟鲁司特钠治疗老年慢性喘息性支气管炎疗效观察

目的观察孟鲁司特钠治疗老年慢性喘息性支气管炎急性发作的临床效果。方法将48例老年慢性喘息性支气管炎患者随机分成对照组22例,给予低流量吸氧、抗感染、化痰止咳、解痉平喘治疗;治疗组26例在此基础上,加入孟鲁司特钠每晚10 mg口服治疗。分别于治疗后第14天评价2组临床疗效,且检测治疗前和治疗后第14天、第28天肺功能第1秒用力呼气量占预计值百分比（FEV1%）、用力肺活量（FVC）、呼气流速峰值（PEF）并进行比较。结果孟鲁司特钠治疗组总有效率（92.31%）显著高于对照组（68.18%）,具有统计学差异（P〈0.05）;治疗组肺功能FEV1%、FVC、PEF明显改善,优于对照组。结论孟鲁司特钠对老年慢性喘息性支气管炎急性发作疗效显著,而且安全、快捷。

Effect of montelukast on treatment of elderly patients with chronic asthmatic bronchitis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of montelukast,a leukotriene antagonist,on treatment of elderly patients with chronic asthmatic bronchitis.Methods Forty-eight elderly patients with chronic asthmatic bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups,the control group of 22 cases and the study group of 26 cases.Both groups were treated with conventional methods including low flow of oxygen inhalation,antiasthmatic,antimicrobial therapy.The study group was taken 10 mg montelukast once every night in addition.The clinical effect after the therapy of 14 days was evaluated,and lung function(FEV1%,FVC and PEF) before and 14 and 28 days after the therapy was detected.Results The total effective rates was 92.31% in study group contrasted with 68.1% in control group which had significant difference.Lung function(FEV1%,FVC and PEF)was improved after the therapy,and the effect of the study group was better than that of the contol group.Conclusions Montelukast is safe and effective for treating elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic asthmatic bronchitis.
