| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药配合药物流产终止妊娠的临床疗效。方法：将60例符合入选条件的早孕患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例，治疗组在终止妊娠前后配合中药口服，对照组未服用中药。结果：治疗组30例患者全部完全流产，流产率达100％，对照组流产率为83．3％，2组流产率相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中药配合药物流产终止早孕疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe clinical effects of TCM intervention and drug abortion in terminating pregnancy. Method： All 60 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group took herbs and the control group nothing before and after terminating the pregnancy. Result： All 30 patients were aborted completely in the treatment group, the abortion rates of the treatment group and the control group reached 100% and 83.3%, the difference had statistical meaning between both groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM intervention and drug abortion are effective in terminating early pregnancy. |
