| 摘 要： | 目的：观察围手术期护理对肩胛骨骨折患者心理状况的影响。方法：60例患者均采用手术内固定治疗肩胛骨骨折，同时针对治疗的不同阶段施以术前护理、术后护理。结果：60例患者经过护理后焦虑、抑郁程度明显减轻，护理前后相比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：围手术期护理可加强护患沟通，减少患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪，有助于临床治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective： To discuss the effects of perioperative care on psychological state of the patients with scapular fracture. Method： Altogether 60 patients received internal fixation by the surgery, and they were given with preoperative care, postoperative care in different stages. Result： The anxiety and depression of the patients were alle- viated obviously atter nursing, the difference showed statistical meaning before and aiter the care （P〈0.05）. Conclu- sion： Perioperative care could enhance the communication between the nurse and the patients, relive the anxiety and depression of the patients and is helnful to clinical treantment |
