经皮椎体成形术联合中药治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折临床观察

目的：观察经皮椎体成形术（PVP）联合中药治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折的临床疗效及其对VAS评分和椎体高度压缩率的影响。方法：将骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折患者82例按入院顺序随机分为对照组、观察组各41例。对照组予PVP手术治疗，观察组在此基础上联合应用中药治疗，3个月后观察2组患者临床疗效、VAS评分和椎体高度压缩率情况。结果：观察组患者疼痛缓解有效率为95．12％，显著高于对照组的75．61％（P〈0．05）；2组患者治疗后各时间点VAS评分及椎体高度压缩率均显著低于治疗前（P〈0．05），且观察组治疗后3个月、12个月VAS评分明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：经皮椎体成形术联合中药治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折，可迅速缓解患者疼痛，降低VAS评分，恢复一定的椎体高度。

Clinical Observation on Percutaneous Vertebroplasty Combined with TCM in Treating Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fracture

Objective： To observe clinical effects ofpercutaneous vertebroplasty （PVP） combined with drugs in the treatment for osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture and the influence on VAS scale and vertebral compression rate. Method： Altogether 82 patients were allocated into the control group and the observation group by the sequence of visiting. The control group accepted surgical treatment with PVP, the observation group were also administered with TCM on the foundation of the therapy given to the control group. Clinical effects, VAS scale and vertebral compression rate in both groups were observed in three months. Result： Effective rate of pain alleviation in the observation group was 95.12%, remarkably higher than 75.61% of the control group （P〈0.05）; VAS scales at different times and vertebral compression rate after treating were lower than those indexes before treating in both groups （P〈0.05）, and VAS scales in three months and 12 months in the observation group after treating were lower than those ofthe control group remarkably （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： PVP and TCM for osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture could rapidly relieve the pain of the patients, significantly decrease VAS scale and recover vertebral height.
