现代文献中足三里在腹部术后的应用情况

目的：明确术后针刺足三里的治疗目标，评价术后针刺足三里的有效性。方法：采用系统评价方法评价1989—2012年间发表的术后开展足三里治疗的临床研究文献，对纳入的20篇文献进行评价。结果：足三里在术后应用的主要作用靶点为胃肠道，足三里对术后患者胃肠功能改善有效，不良反应报告为零。结论：通过系统评价发现纳入的20篇文献中，针刺足三里安全性高，主要的治疗目标为促进术后患者胃肠功能恢复，但由于目前的研究不规范，所获证据强度低，需要进一步开展多中心、大样本、高质量的随机双盲对照研究进一步证实针刺足三里的有效性。

Application of ZuSanLi to the Patients after Abdominal Surgery in Modern Literature

Objective： To assess the effectiveness of ZuSanLi （ST36） needling after the surgery and find out the aims of acupuncture. Method： Clinical literature published from 1989 to 2012 was evaluated with systematic assessment method and also 20 pieces of included papers. Result： Gastrointestinal tract was main target spot of ZuSanLi applied to the patients after the surgery; ZuSanli was effective in improving gastrointestinal function of postoperative patients, and there was no adverse reaction reported. Conclusion： By assessing 20 pieces of included papers, ZuSanLi needling is safe, its main goals of the treatment is to promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function of postoperative patients, due to nonstandard study and low intensity evidence, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, controlled study in large sample and high quality is needed to be carried out to test the effectiveness of ZuSanLi needling further.
