藏药十八味欧曲膏对慢性湿疹模型大鼠INF-γ的影响

目的：观察藏药十八味欧曲膏对2，4-二硝基氯苯（DNCB）致湿疹模型大鼠脾脏与胸腺指数及血清INF—γ表达的影响。方法：外用不同浓度DNCB反复刺激脱毛区，建立大鼠湿疹模型，采用藏药十八味欧曲膏低（0．14g／kg）、中（0．21g／kg）、高（0．35g／kg）剂量经皮给药治疗，以冰黄肤乐、凡士林为对照，10天后检测脾脏和胸腺指数，同时采用ELISA法检测大鼠血清中的INFl的含量。结果：与模型对照组比较，胸腺及脾脏指数冰黄肤乐阳性对照组、藏药十八味欧曲膏低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组均显著降低（P〈0．05），其中藏药十八味欧曲膏高、中剂量组优于低剂量组（P〈0．05），藏药十八味欧曲膏低剂量组与凡士林组无明显差异（P〉0．05），凡士林组与模型对照组无明显差异（P〉0．05）；藏药十八味欧曲膏干预后INF-γ水平明显提高，与治疗前比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01），其中高、中、低剂量组与模型对照组比较有显著差异（P〈0．05），低剂量组与凡士林组比较无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论：藏药十八味欧曲膏可调节T细胞亚群的失衡状况，具有免疫调节作用。

Effects of Tibetan Drug ShiBaWei OuQu Ointment on INF-γ of Rat Model with Chronic Eczema

Objective： To observe the effects of Tibetan drug ShiBaWei OuQu ointment on serum INF-γ expressions, spleen and thymus indexes of rat model with eczema induced by DNCB. Method： Rat model was established and treated with Tibetan drug ShiBaWei OuQu ointment in different dosages： low （0.14 g/kg）, moderate （0.21 g/kg） and high （0.35 g/kg）, compared with BingHuang FuLe and petroleum jeUy, spleen and thymus indexes were tested in ten days, the contents of INF-γ were detected with ELISA method. Result： Compared with model control group, spleen and thymus indexes in positive control group of BingHuang FuLe, low, moderate and high dosages groups of Tibetan drug ShiBaWei OuQu ointment were decreased significantly（P〈0.05）, moderate and high dosages groups of Tibetan drug ShiBaWei OuQu ointment were superior to low dosage group of Tibetan drug ShiBaWei OuQu ointment （P〈0.05）, it had no significant difference between low dosage group of Tibetan drug ShiBaWei OuQu ointment and petroleum jelly group （P 〉0.05）, also between petroleum jelly group and model control group （P 〉0.05）; after intervened with Tibetan drug ShiBaWei OuQu ointment, the level of INF-γ was increased obviously, it had significant difference compared with the rats before treating （P〈0.01）, it had notable difference when low, moderate and high dosages groups of Tibetan drug ShiBaWei OuQu ointment were compared with model control group （P〈0.05）, it had insignificant difference between low dosage group of Tibetan drug ShiBaWei OuQu ointment and petroleum jelly group （P〉0.05）.Conclusion： Tibetan drug ShiBaWei OuQu ointment could regulate the imbalance ofT lymphocyte subsets and it shows the function ofimmunoregnlation.
