| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨药疹与其致敏药物的变化及两者的关系，统计药物并发症。方法：将107例病例的药疹，致敏药物和并发症进行归类。建立ACCES数据库，制表，分析。总结。结果：各类药物均有其常见致敏药物，致敏药物因临床用药的变化而变化。并发肝损害及感染病例所占比重较大，结论：致敏药物近年发生变化。药物并发症症较多，应引起临床医师重视。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analysis the change of sensitizing drugs and the relationship between drugs and their eruptions, statistic the complications of drug eruptions.Methods:Classify the clinical data of 107 patients with drug eruptions,then analysis the data with computer.Results: Each kind of sensitizing drugs cause a certain drug eruption and they have changed a lot in consequence of clinical treatment.The complications of liver hurt and infections are common. Conclusion:The clinical doctor should be alert to the change of sensitizing drugs and their complications in work. |
