摘    要:目的 :探讨采用介入球囊间断阻断肝动脉血流合并华蟾素灌注治疗晚期肝癌的疗效。方法 :经左锁骨下动脉置入球囊导管于肝动脉内 ,间断阻断肝动脉血流 ,合并中药华蟾素混合碘油栓塞 ,华蟾素肝动脉灌注 ,治疗 10例晚期肝癌。结果 :PR 8例 ,NC 2例 ,大部分临床症状得到改善 ,无明显的副作用。结论 :本方法可使肝癌多次缺血并得到药物灌注的双重作用 ,从而提高了晚期肝癌的临床疗效 ,延长生存期 ,尤适合于肿瘤较大 ,并有一定程度肝功能损害的肝癌患者 ,此方法值得进一步观察和研究

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the hepatic artery obstruction combined with cinobufotain injection for the treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods:The ballon catheter was placed into hepatic artery via subclavial artery. The hepatic artery was obstructed at intervals and cinobufotain and lipiodol or cinobufotain alone were injected. Results:Eight of 10 cases reached PR, and 2 cases NC. All clinical symptoms relieved and no adverse effect was seen. Conclusions:The treatment make it possible for both tumor ischemic and drug infusion. The outcome of advanced HCC was improved, and the method is suitable for the cases with larger tumor and liver dysfunction. Further observation and research are needed.
