剖宫产术后再次妊娠分娩方式研究

目的:探讨剖宫产后再次妊娠分娩合理分娩方式的选择,进一步提高产科质量。方法:对132例剖宫产后再次妊娠分娩孕妇的分娩方式资料进行回顾性总结分析。结果:132例选择阴道试产74例,成功率74.32%。阴道分娩组与再次剖宫产组对新生儿影响比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而产妇产褥感染等指标比较,再次剖宫产组均较阴道分娩组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对剖宫产术后再次妊娠分娩,要对产妇具体情况进行综合分析,合理选择分娩方式。在能够很好地排除阴道分娩禁忌证的情况下,应给予试产机会。

Study on delivery mode of re-pregnant woman with previous cesarean section
