医学研究生AIDS知识、态度调查分析

1998年8～12月,在北京和河北地区各选择一所面向全国招生的医学院校,对其一年级研究生有关HIV/AIDS的知识及态度进行调查。结果表明,76.6％～89.1％的学生对AIDS的三种传播途径有正确的认识,38.6％～66.8％的学生认为日常生活等途径不会传播AIDS,对避孕套的保护作用认识模糊,医学研究生对于AIDS的了解不够,反映出目前在中国对AIDS的宣传有待加强。

Analysis of Investigation on AIDS Knowledge and Attitude in Medical Graduate Students

From August to December 1998, self-administered anonymous questionnaire including AIDS knowledge and attitude were given to 271 new medical graduate students in two medical colleges in Beijing and Hebei province. The results indicated that 76.6%-89.1% of the medical graduate students had a correct understanding of transmission routes of AIDS, 38.6% ~ 66.8% of them knew that the contact of daily life could not result in transmission of AIDS and there was a hazy understanding of the protective function of condom from AIDS. As a special population, the medical graduate students without the adequate knowledge and correct attitude to AIDS would affect the prevention programs of AIDS so that it was important to bring AIDS health education into medical college and university undergraduate and graduate courses and to strengthen the health education among medical graduate students.
