内镜辅助胆道结石的手术研究

目的探讨十二指肠镜辅助治疗胆道结石的方法。方法2000年2月～2006年5月48例胆道结石患者联合内镜辅助行腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）和开腹手术治疗胆道结石,并与同期50例传统胆道探查取石术相比较。结果29例胆总管结石采用EST联用LC,ENBD联合胆道探查一期逢合胆总管治疗19例胆管结石,和同期传统手术相比,手术时间、并发症接近,创伤小,住院时间短。结论十二指肠镜联合LC或开腹手术极大地改善了临床治疗效果,扩大了LC的指征,具有创伤小、效果好、并发症少、恢复快等优点,可在临床推广应用。

Clinical application in surgical management of the bile stone assited by ERCP

Objectives] To study the methods of the surgical management of bile stone assisted by the endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP).Methods] From Feb 2000 to May 2006,48 cases were treated by the combination of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)and open cholecystectomy with ERCP.Contrastly 50 cases experienced the traditional.Results] ERCP group was successful with 29 cases LC after EST and 19 cases open cholecystectomyafter ENBD.Compared with the traditional operations the Ercp group was mirotraumal and with the same effect of the traditional operation.Conclusions] Assisted with ERCP the treatment of Cholelithiasis is effective,safe and has many advantages such as little trauma,less complication and rapidrecovery.
