针刺对脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织NOS及NO的影响

摘    要:为探讨针刺对脑缺血再灌注损伤的治疗作用,我们采用闭塞大鼠四动脉的全脑缺血模型,观察脑缺血再灌注大鼠NO(一氧化氮)、NOS(一氧化氮合成酶)的变化,以及针刺对其产生的影响。实验结果表明:在脑缺血及再灌注造成的脑损伤中,NOS活性和NO含量显著升高,如缺血后再灌注3小时后电针针刺百会穴、曲池穴30分钟,则NOS活性和NO含量显著降低(P<0.05)。说明在缺血再灌注适当的时间段,针刺可抑制NOS活性,减少NO的产生,从而降低缺血再灌注所造成的迟发性神经元损伤。

Abstract:To explore the therapeutic effects of acupuncture on cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury,We established rat brain ischemia models with four vessels occluded.The Changes of the content of NO and the activity of NOS in brain tissue of rats and the influence of acupuncture on them were observed.The experimental results revealed that cerebral ischemia and reperfusion can cause the damage of brain tissue and the activity of NOS and the content of NO were increased significantly.When reperfusion for three hours after thirty minutes of brain ischemia, We acupunctured Bent Pond (Quchi Acupoint) and Hundred Convergences (Baihui Acupoint) of the rats.The results showed a significant drop in the activity of NOS and the content of NO.These Changes showed that during the proper stage of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion,acupunture can inhibit the activity of NOS and the formation of NO and thus reduced the injury of delayed neuron from cerebral ischemia and reperfusion.;
