社区精神病人用药管理的调查与分析

目的调查惠城区、仲恺区21个乡镇、街道办事处精神病人用药管理模式,为社区精神病人用药管理的安全性提供科学依据。方法对2 700例精神疾病的人员服药方式和药物管理情况进行调查。服药方式调查内容包括主动服药、被动服药、肌注药物;药物管理调查内容包括患者管理、监护人管理、社区人员管理。调查结果采用例数和百分数的形式表达。结果口服用药为主的精神病人占98.51%（2 660/2 700）,能主动服药的精神病人占35.55%;精神病人用药管理患者自己和家属共占99.7%（2 692/2 700）;女性服药依从性高于男性（P〈0.05）。结论该社区精神病人主要以口服药物为主,用药管理主要依靠患者及其家属,女性服药依从性较好。

Investigation and Analysis of the Medication Management in Psychiatric Patients in Community

Objective To investigate the medication management of psychiatric patients in 21 towns and subdistrict offices of Huicheng and Zhongkai District, so as to provide a scientific basis for the safety of the medication management of psychiatric patients in communities. Methods The way of taking drug and drug administration of 2700 psychiatric patients were investigated.The investigation content of way of taking drug included active and passive medication, intramuscular medications; the investigation content of drug administration included patient management, guardians management and community staff management. The result of the investigation was showed by the form of cases and the percentage. Results 98.51%（2660/2700） of the psychiatric patients mainly adopted oral medication, 35.55% of the psychiatric patients could take the medicine by themselves; the medication management of 99.7%（2692/2700） of the psychiatric patients mainly relied on themselves and their families. Medication compliance of the female patients was higher than that of male patients（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The psychiatric patients in these communities mainly adopted oral medication and the medication management mainly relied on themselves and their families; medication compliance of the females was better.
