保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌的疗效及安全性探究

目的 探讨比较保乳手术与改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌的疗效及安全性。方法 将2008年3月—2011年1月在该院行手术治疗的101例早期乳腺癌患者按所行术式不同随机分为观察组（53例,施行保乳手术治疗）和对照组（48例,行改良根治术治疗）,对两种术式的手术情况及术后随访情况进行综合比较。结果 观察组患者手术耗时（117.0±25.7）min、术中出血量（142.4±35.0）mL、术后引流时间（8.2±4.6）d均明显少于对照组[（169.5±24.3）min、（217.5±43.1）mL、（13.1±5.3）d]（P〈0.01）;两组患者随访期间出现局部复发及远处转移患者比例比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组术后乳房美观效果显著优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论 保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌在远期疗效方面与改良根治术相当,但保乳手术在保持乳房美观效果方面更优。

Research on the Efficacy and,Safety of Breast Conserving Operation in the Treatment of Early Breast Cancer

Objective To observe and compare the efficacy and safety between breast conserving operation and modified radical mastectomy in treating early breast cancer. Methods 101 patients with early breast cancer underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from March 2008 to January 2011 were randomly divided into the observation group （53 eases, were given breast conserving operation）, control group （48 cases, were given modified radical masteetomy） according to different operation given to the patients. And the operative status and postoperative follow-up conditions of the two groups were comprehensively compared. Results The operative time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage time of the observation group was（117.0±25.7）min,（142.4±35.0）mL, （8.2±4.6）d, respectively, less than （169.5±24.3）min,（217.5±43.1）mL, and （13.1±5.3）d of the control group, respectively （P〈0.01）; During the follow up, there were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of local recurrence and the proportion of patients with distant metastasis between the two groups （P〉0.05）; The postoperatively aesthetic effect of breast in the observation group was much better than that in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Both breast conserving operation and modified radical mastectomy have good long-term effect on treating early breast cancer, but the breast conserving operation can keep better aesthetic effect of breast.
