宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉合并不孕症患者临床分析

目的探讨和研究宫腔镜对于子宫内膜息肉合并不孕症的主要临床治疗方法和效果。方法选择该院收治的138例子宫内膜息肉合并不孕患者作为临床研究对象。按随机原则分成观察组和对照组各65例,对照组患者运用传统的方法进行治疗,实验组患者则采用宫腔镜下的子宫内膜息肉切除术进行治疗,然后对比两组患者的总有效率和妊娠率。结果在治疗后3个月随访,观察组患者总有效率为97.1%,明显地高于对照组患者的86.9%,两组患者的总有效率对比,差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.532,P〈0.05）;此外,观察组患者术后的妊娠率为65.2%（45/69）,亦明显高于对照组患者的44.9%,（31/69）,两组患者的妊娠率对比,差异有统计学意义（χ2=3.371,P〈0.05）。结论针对子宫内膜息肉合并有不孕症患者,运用宫腔镜下的子宫内膜息肉切除术,有着满意的临床治疗效果,非常值得在临床大力推广和运用。

Clinical Analysis of Hysteroscope in the Treatment of Endometrial Polyps Complicated by Infertility

Objective To investigate and study the main clinical treatment methods and effect of hysteroscope in the treatment of endometrial polyps complicated by infertility. Methods 138 cases with endometrial polyps complicated by infertility admitted in our hospital were selected as the clinical subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 65 cases in each. Patients in the control group were treated by the traditional methods, and patients in the experimental group were treated by resection of endometrial polyps under hysteroscope. Then the total effective rate and pregnancy rate of two groups of patients were compared. Results The patients were followed up 3 months after the treatment. The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.1%, significantly higher than 86.9% of the control group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant （X2=4.532, P〈0.05）. In addition, the postoperative pregnancy rate of the observation group was 65.2% （45/69）, and also significantly higher,than 44.9% （31/69） of the control group, the difference in pregnancy rate between the two groups was statistically significant （x2 = 3.371, P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with endometrial polyps complicated by infertility, resection of endometrial polyps under hysteroscope has a satisfactory clinical effect, which is worth promoting and using in clinic vigorously.
