拜糖平与二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病疗效及药物不良反应分析

目的研究2型糖尿病采用拜糖平与二甲双胍治疗的疗效及药物副作用,以便为临床诊治提供借鉴。方法随机将88例2型糖尿病患者均分为A组与B组。A组采用拜糖平治疗,B组采用二甲双胍治疗,对比分析疗效及药物不良反应。结果两组患者在治疗后空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白相较于治疗前差异有统计学意义,组间空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖也差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;两组治疗后空腹胰岛素与餐后2 h胰岛素水平皆未发生明显改变,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;两组药物不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 2型糖尿病采用拜糖平与二甲双胍治疗皆可取得比较良好的效果,可推广应用。

Analysis of the Efficacy and Side Effects of Acarbose and Metformin in Treating Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To study the efficacy and side effects of acarbose and metformin in treating type 2 diabetes so as to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods 88 cases with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into A group and B group. A group was treated with acarbose, B group was treated with metformin. And the efficacy and side effects of drugs of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The difference in FBG and 2h PBG and HbA1 c of the two groups after treatment and before treatment was significant, and the difference in FBG and 2h PBG between the two groups was also significant（P〈0.01）;but there was no significant difference in fasting insulin and 2h postprandial insulin level of two groups before treatment and after treatment（P〉0.05）; the difference in the incidence of side effects of drugs between the two groups was not statistically significant（P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Both acarbose and metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes can achieve relatively good effect, and which can be promoted and applied.
