奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗15例复发头颈恶性肿瘤疗效分析

目的探讨奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗复发性头颈恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法选取15例复发头颈恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,所有患者均采用奥沙利铂＋卡培他滨联合化疗方案,回顾性分析本组患者的临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果15例复发头颈恶性肿瘤患者经化疗方案治疗后,完全缓解1例,部分缓解7例,稳定5例,进展2例,总有效率53.33%（8/15）。本组患者的不良反应程度以Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级居多,不良反应程度均较轻。本组患者的疾病进展期平均值为（10.6±2.3）个月,平均生存期为（15.3±4.1）个月。结论奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗复发性头颈恶性肿瘤具有确切的疗效,且不良反应较小,病人的可耐受性好,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Efficacy of oxaliplatin combined with card recurrent head and neck malig-nant tumorwere observed in 15 cases of Pei treatment of capecitabine

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of oxaliplatin combined withcard capecitabine in treatment of recurrent head and neck malignant tumor.Methods 15 cases of patients with recurrent head and neck malignant tumor as the object of study, all patients were treated with oxaliplatin plus capecitabine combined chemotherapy, a retrospective analysis of clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of the patients. Results 15 cases of patients with recurrent head and neck malignant tumor after chemotherapy treatment, 1 cases of complete remission, partial remission in 7 cases, 5 cases of stable progress, 2 cases, the total efficiency of53.33%（8/15）. The degree of adverse reactions in this group of patients withgrade I, grade II are in the majority, the degree of adverse reactions were mild.Progress in this group of patients the disease period average（10.6 ±2.3） months,the average survival time was（15.3±4.1） months. Conclusion Oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine in the treatment has the exact effect of recurrent head and neck malignant tumor, and less adverse reactions, the patient tolerance is good, and it has important clinical application value.
