重症监护室患者120例的不良心理反应及护理措施探讨

目的探讨重症监护室患者不良心理反应以及护理措施。方法选取该院2013年9月—2014年9月收治的120例重症监护患者,随机分为对照组（60）与护理组（60）,对照组采取常规护理,护理组结合心理护理,对比两组护理效果。结果护理组在依赖、绝望、恐惧、焦虑以及抑郁改善率分别为100.00%、100.00%、93.33%、75.00%、86.67%;对照组分别为73.33%、66.67%、73.33%、66.67%、60.00%,护理组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对重症监护患者采取适当心理干预,能缓解不良心理情绪,提高患者依从性与生活质量。

Discussion of the Adverse Psychological Reaction and Nursing Measures of 120 Patients in the Intensive Care Unit

Objective To study the adverse psychological reaction and nursing measures of 120 patients in the intensive care unit（ICU）. Methods 120 intensive care patients were selected and randomly divided into the control group（60） and the nursing group（60）. The control group adopted routine nursing care, and the nursing group adopted routine nursing care combined with psychological nursing. And the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results The improvement rate of dependence, despair, fear, anxiety, and depression in the nursing group was 100.00%, 100.00%, 93.33%, 75.00%, 86.67%, respectively, and that of the control group was 73.33%, 66.67%, 73.33%, 66.67%, 60.00%, respectively, the nursing effect of the nursing group was much better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with intensive care, appropriate psychological intervention can alleviate the adverse psychological mood and improve the compliance and quality of life of the patients.
