优质护理延伸模式在产科中的应用

目的 探讨优质护理延伸模式在产科中的应用效果。方法 以该院2013年5月—2013年7月间,产科收入的180名产妇为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组90人,所有产妇均行常规围产期保健及护理,观察组产妇在此基础上增加延伸护理服务。比较两组产妇心理健康水平、产褥期保健水平、生活质量和其对护理服务满意度评价之间的差异。结果 观察组患者干预后焦虑与抑郁水平分别为（1.04±0.36）和（1.20±0.25）,对照组为（1.61±0.41）和（1.94±0.37）,观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者自我护理与新生儿护理的知识与意识水平皆显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者生活质量和护理评价评分分别为（92.28±4.47）和（96.67±2.04）,对照组为（88.89±6.02）和（90.24±4.36）,观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 优质护理延伸模式可以在产科发挥积极作用,其有利于提高患者心理健康水平,改善患者生活质量,并对提高护理满意度有一定作用。

The Application of High Quality Nursing Extension Mode in Obstetrics

Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing extension mode applied to obstetrics. Methods 180 puerperants admitted in the Obstetrical Department of our hospital from May 2013 to July 2013 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 90 cases in each. Conventional perinatal health and nursing was given to all the puerperants. In addition, the puerperants in the observation group were given the service of high quality nursing extension mode. The psychological health level, puerperal health level, life quality and the level of nursing service satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the level of anxiety and depression of the observation group was （1.04±0.36）, （1.20±0.25）, respectively, and that of the control group was （1.61±0.41）, （1.94±0.37）, respectively, the level of anxiety and depression of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, The levels of knowledge and consciousness of self care and neonatal care of the observation group were obviously higher than those of the control group （P〈 0.05）. The scores of life quality and evaluation of nursing of the observation group were （92.28±4.47）,（96.67±2.04）, respectively, significantly higher than （88.89±6.02）, （90.24±4.36） of the control group, respectively （P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing extension mode can play a positive role in Obstetrical Department, which is conducive to improving the psychological health level and the quality of life of the patients, and enhancing the level of nursing satisfaction to a certain extent.
