奥美拉肠溶片治疗上消化道出血的疗效及不良反应评价

目的分析探究奥美拉唑在进行上消化道出血病症治疗时的具体效果及其所出现的相关不良反应。方法选取该院2012年7月—2014年7月收治的存在消化道出血病症的患者50例,采用随机的方式对其进行分组,分别为治疗组与对照组,每组患者25例。对照组患者采用一般治疗方法;治疗组患者采用奥美拉唑肠溶片进行治疗。结果对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比分析,结果表明,治疗组的总有效率要明显比对照组好,且两组间存在的差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论运用奥美拉唑进行消化道出血病症的治疗能够获得较为优良的治疗效果,虽会出现一定的不良反应,但其概率依旧较低,因此相应的安全可靠性能够得到保障,值得进一步推广应用。

Evaluation of the Effect and Adverse Reactions of Omeprazole Entericcoated Tablets in the Treatment of Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Objective To analyze and study the specific effects and adverse reactions of Omeprazole in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 50 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding admitted in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 25 patients in each. The control group were treated by the general method, and the treatment group were treated by Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets. Results The result of comparing and analyzing the treatment effect of the two groups showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For the treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding, Omeprazole has excellent therapeutic effect, though some adverse reactions will be occurred during the treatment, the incidence is very low, so the treatment is safe and reliable, and is worthy of further application and promotion.
