老年慢性硬膜下血肿引流不畅的临床研究

目的探讨老年慢性硬膜下血肿引流不畅的临床效果。方法回顾性分析该院神经外科2010年6月—2012年6月收治的68例慢性硬膜下血肿患者临床资料,其中,对照组予以双钻孔引流术,观察组予以单管穿刺＋三通引流。结果观察组慢性硬膜下血肿患者临床治疗总有效率为89.5%,明显高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组并发症发生率和复发率分别为7.9%和2.6%,均明显低于对照组的60.0%和13.3%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论单管穿刺＋三通引流术治疗老年慢性硬膜下血肿引流不畅临床效果明显,安全性高,预后良好。

Clinical Study on the Inadequate Drainage of Chronic Subdural Hematoma in Elderly Patients

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of inadequate drainage of chronic subdural hematoma in elderly patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 68 cases of patients with chronic subdural hematoma in Department of Neurosurgery of our hospital from June 2010 to June 2012. Among all of the patients, the control group was given two trepanation and drainage, the observation group were given single puncture and tee drainage. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment of the observation group was 89.5%, significantly higher than 70.0% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications and recurrence rate of the observation group was 7.9% and 2.6%, respectively, obviously lower than 60.0% and 13.3% of the control group, respectively, the differences were statistically significant（all P〈0.05）. Conclusion Single puncture and tee drainage for inadequate drainage of chronic subdural hematoma in elderly patients has significant clinical effect with high safety and good prognosis.
