糖尿病的临床护理分析

目的 研究糖尿病的有效护理方法及效果。方法 随机抽取该院2011年8月—2013年8月共收治的68例糖尿病患者,对其进行心理、饮食、运动等护理干预,观察护理效果。结果 护理后,患者的生命质量评分由（106.9±2.3）分下降至（95.2±1.0）分,较护理前有了显著改善,护理前后的生命质量评分比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 对糖尿病患者进行有针对性的护理,能够有效缓解患者的临床症状,提高其生存质量,效果显著,值得推广应用。

Analysis of the Clinical Nursing for Diabetes

Objective To investigate the effective nursing method for diabetes and its effect. Methods 68 cases with diabetes admitted in our hospital from August, 2011 to August 2013 were randomly selected. The patients were given the nursing intervention of psychology, diet, exercise and so on. And the nursing effect was observed. Results After nursing, the score of quality of life of the patients decreased to（95.2±1.0） points from（106.9±2.3） points, the score of quality of life after nursing significantly improved as compared with that before nursing with a statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The targeted nursing given to the diabetes patients, can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of the patients, improve their quality of life, the effect is significant, which is worthy of promotion and application.
