超声刀与传统方法在开放甲状腺手术的临床对比分析

目的对超声刀和传统手术方法分别应用于开放甲状腺手术的临床治疗效果进行研究。方法对2013年4月—2014年4月在该院进行开放甲状腺手术的80例患者作为研究对象。按照入院顺序分为对照组和观察组。其中对照组40例,运用传统的手术方法行开放甲状腺手术;观察组40例,运用超声刀行开放甲状腺手术。比较两组患者的手术时间,术中的出血量,及手术的切口长度。统计两组患者手术后出现并发症的比例,比较术后引流量。结果观察组患者的平均手术时间,术中出血量,手术的切口长度,引流量和并发症均明显小于对照组（P〈0.05）,差异有统计学意义。结论超声刀在开放甲状腺手术中效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Comparative Analysis of the Effect Between Ultrasound Knife and Traditional Method Used in Open Thyroid Surgery

Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of ultrasonic knife and traditional surgical method applied in open thyroid surgery respectively.Methods 80 cases underwent open thyroid surgery in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 were selected as the subjects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission.40 cases in the control group were given open thyroid surgery by traditional surgical method,and 40 cases in the observation group were given open thyroid surgery by ultrasound knife.The duration of operation,intraoperative blood loss,the surgical incision length,amount of postoperative drainage were compared between the two groups,and the proportions of postoperative complications of the two groups were counted.Results The average duration of operation,the intraoperative blood loss,the surgical incision length,the amount of drainage,and incidence of complications in the observation group were obviously less than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ultrasound knife used in open thyroid surgery has remarkable effect,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
