锁骨重建接骨板与微创克氏针内固定治疗锁骨骨折疗效比较

目的研究锁骨重建接骨板与微创克氏针内固定治疗锁骨骨折疗效差异。方法选取该院骨科收治的锁骨骨折患者98例,采用锁骨重建接骨板与微创克氏针内固定两种方法进行治疗,观察其疗效差异。结果实验组术后治愈率为95.92%,对照组为87.76%,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;实验组舒适度满意率、并发症发生率、平均愈合时间分别为89.80%、14.29%、（11.08±0.64）个月,明显优于对照组的59.18%、38.78%、（13.17±1.85）个月,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论微创克氏针内固定法具有疗效好、并发症少、舒适度高、愈合时间短等优点,其临床疗效优于重建接骨板内固定法。

Comparison of the Effect Between Clavicle Reconstruction and Plate Minimally Invasive Kirschner Wire Fixation in the Treatment of Clavicle Fracture

Objective To study and compare the effect between clavicle reconstruction plate and minimally invasive Kirschner wire fixation in the treatment of clavicle fracture. Methods 98 patients with clavicle fracture admitted in the department of orthopedics of our hospital were selected, and treated by two methods, clavicle reconstruction plate, minimally invasive Kirschner wire fixation.And the difference in efficacy between the two groups was observed. Results The postoperative cure rate of the experimental group was 95.92%, and that of the control group was 87.76%, the difference was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the comfort satisfaction rate, incidence of complications, average healing time of the experimental group was 89.80%, 14.29%,（11.08 ±0.64）months,respectively, significantly better than 59.18%, 38.78%,（13.17 ±1.85） months of the control group, respectively, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Minimally invasive Kirschner wire fixation method has good efficacy, few complications, high comfort, short healing time and other advantages, its clinical efficacy is superior to the clavicle reconstruction plate fixation method.
