CT对腹股沟及其周围疝所致肠梗阻的诊断价值

目的 对腹股沟及其周围疝所致肠梗阻的CT诊断价值进行研究与探讨。方法 采用回顾性分析方法,对该院2006年2月—2014年2月收治的21例腹股沟及其周围疝所致肠梗阻患者进行CT检查。CT检查的项目包括全腹部平扫、动脉期与静脉期的增强。结果 21例患者均表现出不同程度的肠梗阻。其中,腹股沟斜疝11例,股疝5例,闭孔疝5例。结论 在临床诊断腹股沟及其周围疝所致肠梗阻,进行CT检查可以获取较为理想的检查结果,值得在临床诊断过程中大力推广使用。

The Value of CT in the Diagnosis of Intestinal Obstruction Caused by Inguinal Hernia and Its Peripheral Hernia

Objective To study and discuss the value of CT in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction caused by inguinal hernia and its peripheral hernia. Methods A retrospective analysis method was used. CT examination was performed in 21 patients with intestinal obstruction due to inguinal hernia and its peripheral hernia admitted in our hospital from February 2006 to February 2014. The items of CT examination included full abdominal simple scan, arterial phase and venous phase enhanced scan of abdomen. Results 21 patients showed varying degrees of intestinal obstruction. Among them, there were 11 cases with indirect inguinal hernia, 5 cases with femoral hernia, 5 cases with obturator hernia. Conclusion For the clinical diagnosis of intestinal obstruction caused by inguinal hernia and its peripheral hernia, CT examination can obtain ideal results, which is worthy of vigorous promotion and application in the clinical diagnosis.
